Baked in Brick – Best of the Best!

Here at Harrington Woodfuel Co. we want to give a massive congratulations to Baked in Brick, the Birmingham street food company and one of our favourite customers (although we love you all!) who recently won the ‘Best of the Best’ category in the national Street Food Awards held at Digbeth Dining Club in Birmingham.

With more than 3,000 entries and five regional heats, competing against the best British street food vendors from across the country – Baked in Brick beat them all with their phenomenal cooking. In addition to the prestige of the award they get a pitch at Trinity Kitchen at Trinity Leeds shopping centre and a guest spot at one of London Union’s street food markets. And what’s more, because we deliver nationwide, they don’t have to worry about running out of fire wood – happy days!
