Baked in Brick to feature on Sunday Brunch

Great news – we’ve just been told our pals at Baked in Brick, the Birmingham street food company, will be appearing on Channel 4s Sunday Brunch this weekend to promote the British Street Food Awards which are being held at Digbeth Dining Club 17-18 September.

Such an amazing opportunity for them to promote their ace wood-fired pizza business, which we at Harrington Woodfuel Co just can’t get enough of. We’ve been supplying them with hard wood logs, designed specifically for wood fired ovens for a while now and have become great fans of their delicious food.  Baked in Brick is a converted classic mini convertible married together with a wood fired oven and BBQ under the bonnet and offer a diverse range of food from pizza to smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toast. They cater special events such as weddings in addition to making regular appearances at street food venues such as the Digbeth Dining Club in Birmingham.
